The new owners have recently made this unit available for your vacation rental enjoyment. Just about everything is new as of Jan. 2012, including new tile floor throughout the unit.___
Beautifully furnished with high quality furnishings and decorated in a tropical/beach décor, this quiet corner condo (no units are below or on the right) is the perfect getaway for honeymooners and couples, although it has room to comfortably sleep families of up to 4 people.___
The bedroom features a luxurious Cal King bed, along with a large 32” flat screen television with Blu-ray DVD player.___ The living room has a huge 51” Plasma TV, also with a Blu-ray DVD player. The living room’s comfortable futon couch and chair both convert into beds.___ The fully-stocked kitchen includes everything you will need to prepare and enjoy the food you bring along.___ Great ocean views are yours from the condo’s balcony. Enjoy watching the surf and sunsets!___
