Base rental rates range from $2300 a week in summer down to $1250 a week at other times. This first floor condo is directly across the street from one of Oceanside's beautiful wide sandy beaches. Just step out the patio gate, cross the street, and you’re on the beach. It comes fully furnished so you just need to bring food and paper products. ________What You Can Walk To:________ Once you get here you can put your car keys away. Six blocks to the South is the Oceanside Pier. Enjoy a walk out it to watch the Surfers. At the end is a Ruby's Restaurant which is a 1940's style diner. Two blocks inland from the pier is a Regal 16 Cinema. If you walk about 3 blocks North instead there's a nice selection of restaurants at the Oceanside Harbor such as Joe’s Crab Shack, Rockin' Baja Lobster, Monterey Bay Canners, and The Jolly Roger. After eating you might want to rent a Kayak for a paddle around the harbor or go out on a Deep Sea Fishing trip with Helgren's Sportfishing. Or, enjoy a cup of coffee as you walk around the harbor. ________What You Can Drive To:________ There's an incredible number of day trips that can be taken from here that will still leave you with some beach time. Less than 15 minutes of driving will take you to Mission San Luis Rey or Legoland. A 30 minute drive will put you at Torrey Pines State Reserve or the Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds. Just 45 minutes and you're at Sea World or the San Diego Wild Animal Park. An hour is all that is needed to get to the San Diego Zoo and in just 70 minutes you could be at Disneyland. Ten minutes from Disneyland is Knott's Berry Farm.
